TNRF is a membership-based organization where membership is open and free to everyone acting in their roles as ordinary citizens or residents of Tanzania or as representatives of civil-society-based organizations - including NGOS, CBOs and private business.
TNRF is governed by a General Assembly of full voting members who elect a Steering Committee which is responsible for providing leadership and oversight over a Secretariat which is responsible for managing the Forum's activities and programmes in close coordination with both the General Assembly and Secretariat.
